by Brené Brown

Brown’s exploration of vulnerability resonated deeply with me. I often associated vulnerability with
weakness, but this book reframed it as the birthplace of courage, connection, and creativity.

Her stories and research showed me how shame prevents authenticity, while vulnerability fosters
deeper relationships. This made me reflect on the times I held back out of fear, missing
opportunities for growth and closeness.

The book challenged me to live with greater openness. Embracing vulnerability does not guarantee
safety, but it creates the possibility of genuine connection and wholehearted living.
