Havendex Terms of Service

Welcome to the Havendex. Please read these Terms of Service
carefully before you register, log in, or use any of the services provided by the Platform. By
using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound
by all the terms herein. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
- Service Introduction and User Eligibility The Platform offers a variety of online courses related to psychology. Users must be at least
18 years old, or use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal
guardian. You agree to be responsible for all activities conducted under your account and to
ensure the security of your account information, such as your password. - User Conduct

discriminatory, defamatory, pornographic, or violent. - You shall not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
rights of any third party. - You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform’s

others. Providing or impersonating professional medical or psychological counseling
services is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
- Platform Content: All course content, text, images, videos, trademarks, and
software on the Platform are the intellectual property of the Platform or its licensors
and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
without the Platform’s prior written authorization. - User-Generated Content: You retain the copyright to the content you upload or
post (e.g., course feedback, discussion posts). However, you grant the Platform a
non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use,
display, and operate such content for the purposes of platform promotion and
operation.
4.Payments, Refunds, and Billing
- Pricing and Changes: All course prices are as listed on the website. The Platform
reserves the right to modify prices at any time and will provide advance notice of such
changes.
- Refund Policy: All course purchases are subject to the Platform’s refund policy. In
general, you may request a refund within [e.g., 7 days] of purchase, provided that your

without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to accuracy,
completeness, suitability, or freedom from errors. - Limitation of Liability: The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform’s
services.
6. Termination of Service
The Platform reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account and services
without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of
Service.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be
submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of
first instance.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify
you of any significant changes via email or an announcement on the website. Your continued
use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
